Delivery Policy
- Within Ho Chi Minh City, for orders placed between 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Saturday, our delivery partner will deliver to you within a few hours. For orders outside of this time frame, our delivery partner will deliver to you the next day after a successful order placement.
- For orders outside of Ho Chi Minh City, delivery times may vary from 2 - 5 days, depending on the delivery address, with shipping fees calculated by the delivery service provider.
- For orders available for pickup, you can collect your items at 41/1 Pham Ngoc Thach, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City between 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM.
Return and Cancellation Policy
- If you find any product unsatisfactory, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. Please call our hotline at 0903037194 (from 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM, Monday - Saturday) for assistance and timely resolution with your OKKIO product.
- For order cancellations, please contact our hotline at 0903037194 for staff assistance in checking the status of your order.
Refund Policy
- MoMo Wallet, Zalo Pay Wallet: 7 - 14 business days.
- Cash Payments: OKKIO will contact and refund customers via Bank Transfer.
