Shipping and Delivery Policy
A. Delivery Methods

We offer 2 delivery methods:

  • Customers can make direct purchases at our company or store location
  • Shipping service
B. Estimated Delivery Timeframe

Typically, after receiving order information, we process orders within 24 hours and respond to customers regarding payment and delivery. Delivery time is usually between 3-5 days from the order confirmation date or as agreed with the customer at the time of ordering. However, in some cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • We are unable to contact the customer by phone, preventing delivery.
  • The delivery address provided is incorrect or difficult to locate.
  • An unexpected surge in orders causes delays in order processing.
  • Supplier delays or transport delays from our logistics partners.

Regarding shipping fees, we use third-party delivery services, and fees will be calculated based on the carrier's rates, depending on the location and weight of the order. The specific fee will be communicated to the customer when we confirm the order.

C. Geographic Delivery Restrictions

For customers outside the immediate area or bulk/wholesale buyers, we will arrange delivery through third-party logistics companies, with fees determined by the service provider or as per contractual agreements between both parties.

    D. Responsibilities of Merchants and Logistics Providers in Providing Shipping Documentation

    All orders are securely packaged and sealed by Okkiocaffe.com before shipping.

    The logistics provider is responsible only for the transportation of goods under the “original condition, intact” principle.

    Each package includes the following information on the label:

    • Recipient information, including: recipient name, phone number, and address
    • Order tracking number

    To ensure product safety, Okkiocaffe.com includes a financial invoice or a valid delivery note with the shipment (if applicable).

    E. Responsibility for Damaged Goods During Transportation

    Regarding the provision of shipping documentation during delivery.

    If goods are damaged during transportation, whether shipped by our store or a third-party carrier, we will take responsibility to resolve the issue for the customer.

    Customers have the right to refuse the product and request a return under our “return and refund” policy. Any further issues will be addressed with the logistics partner to negotiate compensation as per the cooperation agreement between our company and the third-party provider.
